Goals. The overall aim of the Compliance and Enforcement Policy for Wildlife Legislation is to apply the provisions of the Migratory Birds Convention Act,the Canada Wildlife Act, the Wild Animal and Plant Protection and Regulation of International and Interprovincial Trade Act and the Species at Risk Act in a consistent and fair manner.
